Arbitration I is an amazing learning experience! I have been taking courses in the field of dispute resolution since 1993, yet this is the first course I have taken which focused on arbitration. Arbitration is a key ADR alternative and I found this course to be an excellent introduction to both the law and procedure in the area. I really enjoyed the class discussions and guest speakers and I came way with a thorough overview of the process. This course opened a window for me onto another option in the ADR spectrum of dispute resolution. I look forward to the completing my training through to the next level."
