GENERAL INFORMATION

The assessment consists of a one-hour videotaped role-play demonstration in negotiation OR mediation with coaches/ instructors acting as the role-player(s) with the student as the skilled negotiator or mediator respectively.   An assessor is present to evaluate the student and provide final marks immediately.

CANCELLATION/DATE CHANGE POLICY

• MORE than 2 weeks: $75 non-refundable application fee.
• 2 weeks PRIOR TO the assessment date: 50% of assessment fee
• LESS than 2 weeks notice: No refund

APPEAL OF ASSESSMENT RESULTS POLICY

• $250 Non-refundable Application Fee
• 30 days from receipt date of assessment results from our office
• Must complete and submit an application form available from our office within two weeks of applying an appeal
